This plugin use to stoped all players connect same IP , because the problem is to gametracker if see same players same IP automaticly you take banned or NR .

This plugin allow just one ip to connect if connect 2 or much plugin stoped and banned ip , you can appeal for unbanned to owner server and to tell is mistake .

This plugin worked 100 % and tested 100 % in game server cs 1.6 , you can put your server , your hosting .
