With the GSF in shambles, Smoke and Ryder, now Openly allied with the Ballas, take over Los Santos and flood the streets with Drugs.

Soon after, CJ is contacted by a person using a digitally-Distorted voice and encourages CJ to meet Him at a ranch in the desert. There, CJ is stunned to find Toreno is alive and well THUS Toreno revealing as the mysterious caller. That reveals Toreno Actually he is a government agent spying on criminal operations and enlists CJ’s help in Several shady operations in exchange for Sweet’s freedom. Meanwhile, CJ travels to Las Venturas, Where Woozie invites Him to Become a partner in the Four Dragons Casino, Where The Organisation is facing from the mob Families Problems That control the city. Seeking to WRES tell from control of Venturas, CJ helps Woozie filled a robbery of the mob’s casino and GAINS the mob’s trust through Various jobs for mob boss Salvatore Leone. Eventually the heist is Successfully Carried out, the Triad Earning a place of power in Las Venturas, although causing the mob to Distrus CJ. Also CJ disgraced rapper Madd Dogg encounters, from Whom he stole a book to help new rhyme rapper OG Loc Become a name in the business. After rescuing Madd Dogg from a suicide Attempt, he asks CJ to swear His manager once he returns from rehab.

CJ Cesar helps regain control over the barrio and Also regain territory for His gang, so as to have enough power to Obtain knowledge of Smoke’s whereabouts.

That soon learns Sweet Smoke is holed up in a fortified crack den in the city, and Seeking to stop the flow of Drugs on the street, he and CJ go there to Confront Him. CJ enters the building alone, fighting bis way to the top floor and confronting Smoke. Attempts to Reason with CJ When The Smoke That Latter admits he’s made a success and can’t swear CJ Touched and engages in a gunfight battle. Eventually CJ wins and Smoke That confesses he got caught up with the power and money in order to see bis Opportunity, with his dying breath, “When I’m gone, everyone gonna remember my name, Big Smoke!” Smoke dies of His Wounds and CJ remorsefully replies “What a Waste”. Just said, Appears Tenpenny, Holds CJ at gunpoint and steals Smoke’s drug money, intending to use it to leave the city Before the rioters kill Him.
